Saturday Concert September 24, 2016: 4pm,
St. Gabriel's Church, 124 Front Street, Marion
This opening concert celebrates Bohemians of all stripes. Slavonic harmonies suffuse Dvořák's F Minor Piano Trio and Brahms's F Minor Piano Quintet, both masterworks of romanticism. Our program opens with a string quartet by Mary Howe, born in Virginia in 1882,
based on the poetry of another uniquely American spirit, Emily Dickinson. Join us for a concert aglow with dance, drama, and desire -
a perfect tribute to the the autumnal equinox!

SUNDAY SCHOOL BEGINS
SEPTEMBER 11, 2016, 10:00AM
We welcome everyone in pre-school through sixth grade to come join us for lively learning. Using shared Bible stories, sing-alongs, and crafts-painting, crayons, gluing, and building materials-as we explore both New and Old testaments. Older students choose projects to help the needy world-wide, also. It's a wonderful way to meet new friends and share our faith with school mates, too!Our nursery is open year round at the 10:00 service for the little ones.
